Refund policy
Due to these products being skincare products, all sales are final. All products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. All of the skincare products are made to order (with the exception of soaps & e-books). Once they leave the business establishment, a return or refund cannot be given. KAAST 22 works very hard, though, focusing on the satisfaction of each customer. If you were not happy with your order for any reason, the owner can be contacted via email at KAAST22@YAHOO.COM to try to resolve any issues. We also do not give refunds or returns because we strive for everyone to be healthy. Touching a product from someone else may spread germs and can make the store owner sick (she has an autoimmune disorder).
